		<description>its true what you are saying man. not many people squat because they think they dont have too, t he thing is you need to work out all body parts not just one group. most people usually do half ass squats and think they are doing a good job. You cant let yourself have any leeway(sp?) when it comes to working out. you need to work these muscles out. EVERYONE loves a person that has nicely shaped legs with a firm rear! =]</description>
