Hey! Thanks for visiting my Fitness Tips Blog. My name is Anthony and I’ve been interested in fitness since my sophomore year in High School when I realized I needed to drop some weight and shape up. I was 195lbs and over 23% body fat, I never noticed how out of shape I was until I started looking at pictures of family parties. Ever since then Fitness has changed my life, it has become apart of my life style and changed me into the person that I am today.
I started this blog to share what I have learned over the years about fitness, everything from muscle building to fat loss. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with people who take interest in fitness and look to better themselves like I did.
